5K Race - 7:00PM
(all races run weather permitting – no refunds)

Kids Fun Run – 6:45 PM: Bring the family along for the Kids Beach Series – There will be a “free” fun run every race night with ribbons for the first 100 children to finish the one mile Fun Run. THIS IS A FREE RUN!!

Race Night Registration starts at 5:45 pm.

Pick up Mail registrations at registration tables on race night

Weekly awards: Top 3 overall Male & Female.
Age group awards 3 deep. (We give great stuff!)

Age Groups: 10 & under; 11-12; 13-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75 & over.

Series Awards: Points will be awarded in each race. The series winner will be the person with the most points accumulated. Points will be awarded as follows:

Overall M & F Age Group

1st – 20 points 1st – 14 points 4th – 8 points

2nd – 18 points 2nd – 12 points 5th – 6 points

3rd – 16 points 3rd – 10 points

Overall Male & Female Series 1^st place winners will receive a grand prize (to be determined)
(If your age group changes during the series, you will be scored in the age group where you ran the majority of the races for the final standings.)

Awards will be presented for the first Male & Female Barefoot Finisher each night

Course: The race will be out and back heading north from PIER 60 along the beach and then returning to finish under the PIER.
(YES, YOU DO RUN ON THE SAND!!!)

I know that running and volunteering to work in club races are potentially hazardous activities. I should not enter and run in club activities unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running and volunteering to work in club races including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application for membership, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the West Florida Y Runners Club and its officers and agents, all sponsors, their representatives and successors, including the Road Runners Club of America, its officers, directors, agents and employees, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in these club activities even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
